As we all know that जल ही जीवन है Water is life!…… Water is Required for the survival of all living organisms. Water made about 60% of our body. This means that every cell, organ, and tissue is made from water and depends on water.

Through breathing, digestion and sweating our body loses water. That’s why its important to rehydrate our body by drinking fluids and eating foods which contain much water.

Our body use water in the all its cells organs and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions.

  • Organs: In our body the muscles and kidneys are made of 73% of water.
  • Blood: the blood is composed of 83%, lungs of 90%, while the brain is made of 76% water. 3 liters or 12 cups is the recommended amount of water for men while for women 2.2 liters or 9 cups.

  • Keeping skin healthy,
  • Keeps the normal temperature in the body.
  • Lubricates eyes and joints.

There are many peoples who don’t  aware of the fact that they lose water. according a daily basis and need to replenish it. Sports people are more likely to experience dehydration.

The truth is, not all fluids are hydrating! There are some beverages, such as coffee, soda and juice can actually dehydrate the body because of their caffeine and sugar content

1.Your Urine is Dark Yellow

This is the first symptom. This is a clear indicator and the first sign that you’re not drinking enough.  your body has less fluid in the brain. With reduced brain fluid, the brain actually pushes on the skull. This causes headache and makes your brain prone to various health issues. Dehydration also means less oxygen and blood flow to the brain!

Normally Urine should be like a light yellow-amber color. For your comfort always keep a water bottle with you at all times that help you for getting all the right amount of water into your system. You may also consider setting an alarm every hr. as a reminder to drink water….
